Alsatian Golf Club, the friendliest golf club in Texas, is quietly awaiting you in quaint, historic Castroville, the "Little Alsace of Texas". The Alsatian stork that is incorporated in our new logo is the main feature of Alsace and was the subject of many legends told to children. The bird practically disappeared around 1970, but re-population efforts are continuing. They are mostly found on roofs of houses, churches and other public buildings in Alsace. Our historical golf club opened in 1995 and located only 25 minutes from downtown San Antonio. Our Golf Club is a beautiful example of country golf. The rural setting makes it exceptional for golf or just plain relaxing.
